Baby Resuscitation – detailed information
The Baby CPR Course from Simulation Tirol is a compact 4-hour course designed specifically for parents, grandparents, midwives, pediatricians, and anyone who regularly cares for infants and toddlers. At our training center near Innsbruck (Hall in Tirol), you train on a lifelike baby simulator with hands-on practice from the very first minute.
Participants learn correct chest compressions and ventilation for infants (mouth-to-mouth-and-nose technique), how to safely manage foreign body airway obstruction (choking), the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) on babies, and the recovery position for toddlers. Common pediatric emergencies such as febrile seizures, croup, and anaphylactic reactions are also covered.
The course is held in small groups with maximum hands-on time. Every participant practices on the simulator until the techniques become second nature. All participants receive a certificate of attendance at the end. The course fee of EUR 199 incl. VAT includes course materials, beverages, and snacks. Payment conveniently by invoice.
