Erweiterte Reanimation Erwachsener nach den Leitlinien des European Resuscitation Council 2025 – kompakt und praxisnah: hochwertige Thoraxkompressionen, Algorithmus und Medikamente, Defibrillation inklusive refraktärem Kammerflimmern, Atemweg und reversible Ursachen sowie die Postreanimationsbehandlung. Mit Fallbeispielen, Übungsfragen und Abschlusstest.

Learning objectives

• Einen Kreislaufstillstand sicher erkennen und hochwertige Thoraxkompressionen nach ERC 2025 sicherstellen
• Im Reanimationsteam Rollen klar verteilen und strukturiert kommunizieren
• Den ALS-Algorithmus für schockbare und nicht schockbare Rhythmen anwenden
• Adrenalin, Amiodaron und Lidocain zeit- und dosisgerecht einsetzen
• Defibrillieren – inklusive Vorgehen bei refraktärem Kammerflimmern
• Atemweg, Gefäßzugang und Kapnographie gezielt einsetzen und reversible Ursachen behandeln
• Die Zielwerte der Postreanimationsbehandlung und die Grundsätze der Prognose benennen
